Hi, I'm Kylee! I'm honored to have the privilege of being the guest speaker for TOPP's parent meeting in May. As a parent of a child with type one diabetes, I know how overwhelming it is when you are at the endo clinic for your child's appointment. You get home and realize there were a million questions you forgot to ask or you were maybe hesitant to ask the dietitian or diabetes educator.

So ask me anything related to your child's diabetes or parenting a child with diabetes! My daughter was diagnosed with T1D when she was 2 years old. She is now 14 so diabetes has been with us through each stage of childhood. After her diagnosis, I went back to school to become a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator. I now have my own private practice in Doylestown and I also work as the dietitian for Camp Nejeda (an overnight summer camp for kids with T1D).

I will answer your questions* at the May meeting and if you wish to remain anonymous that is perfectly fine! There are no stupid questions!
